The door buzzer is located on top/back of the fuse panel. Put your hand up there and feel the tops of the plastic boxes(relays etc.). When you open the door with the keys in the ignition one of them will vibrate more than the rest. Pull it out and try the door again. If you still hear buzzing check for vibrations again. It is easier to do this if you unscrew the fuse panel and lower it a bit. Be very careful not to shock yourself.
