Loosen the screws that hold down the PC board a little bit. Then stick a flat screwdriver blade between the PC board and the side of the AFM (away from the sweeper pivot point) and gently twist. You'll move the board a couple millimeters, which should be just enough. I would tend to think of this as an emergency repair, but so far mine has been going this way for about 10K miles.
