The thread on sagging rear ends inspired me this morning to investigate
what is available from Gabriel for the Vanagon.
They list a air shock for the syncro, from 86 to 91, part 39215
My van is an 85.
Ok, so what is the difference between the syncro rear shock, and the
2WD, and is the 85 shock different, than the 86?
I can see alot of possibilities here.
When I tow, the back end drops, and this would be the inexpensive,
variable ride height solution, and a Westy leveler.
