Subject:      Single Speed on Front Heater Fan Switch

My front heater fan switch will operate on the highest setting only. The
settings between OFF and HIGH don't work. I have a new switch, but not
sure the switch is the problem. Anyone have any ideas? I'm also open to
suggestions as to how to get at the thing to replace it.
