It's your resistor Box. Don't know where it is located - may even be on the blower itself. Track the wires from the fan switch and see where they lead. Should be a plastic or metal box. Don't know how to get at it - will be interested to see your replies as I need to get there myself.

My front heater fan switch will operate on the highest setting only. The settings between OFF and HIGH don't work. I have a new switch, but not sure the switch is the problem. Anyone have any ideas? I'm also open to suggestions as to how to get at the thing to replace it.
