The chip only works with the late model 2.1L ECU.  It will not work with the simpler 1.9L ECU -- I'm a little bummed about this myself.


I'm already working my way through a 'Partial Lilley' on my '85 w/automatic.  With a polished throttle body, Bosch Platinium +4's, K&N filter, and Mobil 1 it was doing much better (mileage increased from 17 mpg to 19.5 mpg highway) until the exhause system gave out.  Hope to have the new pipes coated and in in the next couple of weeks along woth a high flow cat and Dynamax Superturbo muffler.


Wonder what class an automatic tranny Westy would run in at Bonneville?
