Well list Mr. Preparedness here with a request for help in the beautiful Cascade mountains 12 miles east of the town of Skykomish,Wa. My power steering / water pump belt broke. This is the same belt used on the 93-later 2.0 Golf-Jetta with AC. I'm at the library in Skykomish , where there are no auto parts stores. The nearest are 20 miles, and the time of day is too late to make it there and back(a 60 mile round trip. I am on my return trip from the Wetwesties re-Union. My Westfalia is parked directly above the west entrance to the cascade railroad tunnel, the road to it is on the left before the bridge which crosses the tracks.I will wait at the library 30 minutes -e-mail me at warmerwagen@aol.com. Thanks!
