No.

It's not so much a light output increase as it is MUCH greater visibility... the light is put where you need it... not dispersed all over the place like the stock lights...

Why do you have to ask a question with a thinly disguised swear word?

I for one really don't appreciate it.

I assume a park light is simply a parking light... but if you are talking about what comes integral with the Hella E-Code H-4 headlights... I believe the correct European term is "city lights" ... and they too are basically parking lights... I don't think they are legal in many States in the U.S.... but then neither are the E-Codes... but using the "city lights" makes it much more obivious that you have something different... I just taped mine off.
