Some Vanagon parts ARE gold:

I was quoted $20.00 for the small plastic mounting bracket for one of my stock rear stereo speakers. I jumped all over it because this part is virtual unobtaneum. It is worth $20.00 to me and I will gladly pay that much. Alas, the bracket sent was not the correct one so I'm still looking. The part I need is black plastic 1 1/8" by 2" and is embossed with the number: 8 601 360 017
