Frankly that is fine, as long as they don't affect my insurance rates. If you are thrown through a window because you don't have your seatbelt on, you should not be able to collect on insurance. You did not do the utmost to avoid personal injury. If you can accept that reality, then I agree, I have no business with your personal saftey habits. Yet yours is the type first in line to collect and sue. I got very mad when the news media yanked our chain about the young boy killed by a rolling over Explorer. He was thrown from the vehicle. How?
