If you checked the Seller's email address, I think you will recognize him as a list member. That means he can also read your email and this email.

Regarding the "$18.94" bid, I believe The Bus Depot sold these kits to list members for less than the $18.95 list price on their website. That probably means the Seller paid less than that.
