If someone at the shop refused to take them back, I can't imagine why. Of course we'll take them back. These are original equipment German struts, and we certainly have NOT had any problems with them. To the contrary, if anything a couple of people have commented that they are too stiff, not that they failed. We have customers who have been using the same set literally for years. I am at a complete loss as to why you would have had a problem with two sets like this. If you would like to return them, we could issue you a credit towards a different product, or a refund. It does not seem to make much sense to send you yet a third set of the same thing, and there is nothing better that I can send you; these are the best on the market.
