Check for: A leak at the clutch slave. Attempt to bleed air from the line to the clutch slave. If this doesn't help you've got a problem with the clutch master or slave cylinder. The hydraulic clutch actuation assembly compensates for wear in the clutch assembly and therefore pedal travel is not a good indication of clutch wear as it is in mechanical systems.

Good luck-

I'm getting a deminished clutch pedal of only about a 1/3 to 1/4 pedal. Is this a sign of a worn clutch disc, or a bad slave unit. What symptoms distinquish one from the other. Bentley sucks on this topic. On a bay window, I'd adjust up the cable and it would tell me if the disc was shot. Hydralic I don't know. I'm sure someone on this list has the answer and hope you will share it.

Thanks Have fun
