hey karl,
yes,i have gotten a lot of responses on this. i don't tend to use recipes
either, except for a guideline, then my own style comes out in the finished
product. anyways, i am still searching for the time to put together a list
with easy to follow directions to get people on their way to eating better
in their westys and realizing how fun it can be.
