Hi Eric,


I'd like to say that your symptom is very unusual based on your account
of measurements taken and work performed. However the only thing
different between 70 MPH freeway cruising and bumper-to-bumper beltway
crawling is the heat transfer at the radiator/ram air contact point. Are
the coolant hoses connected correctly? Is the Aux. fan blowing on low &
high speeds at "reasonable" levels? Is the Aux. fan blowing in the RIGHT
direction?
