Hi Folks,

Thanks for all your help.

I looked at my idle boost valves closer and my PS does not have one, just the empty switch on back of the pump. The one I do have I presume was for the AC at one time. I traced and it is now hot from terminal 16 on back of the starter (hot with ignition on ). Then it appears to be grounded at the coil wire that goes to the hall control on the left engine wall?

So it was just always open with the ignition on. I'm going to disconnect it and turn the idle screw open a little more like I presume it is supposed to be. My AC is not working, I've only had the Van a month.
