For what I consider to be a once in a lifetime application, I couldn't see going through the time & expense of ordering a wristpin puller when the threaded rod was already sitting in a corner of the garage. This was the same threaded rod which I had used to drop the engine out of the bottom of my 914 and also suspend my Golf engine during a tranny replacement. Handy stuff! Frank
