The least resolution is the one right between the two you mention, not a lot of video cards can pick an intermittent size though.

Diamond cards come with a virtual desktop app, but it is not transferable AFAIK.

I did a bunch of looking around and was underwellemed with what's available. Most utils have fled the scene because the conventional wisdom has been to buy a new card, one with lots of RAM on it.

TBerk barely able to make it with interleaving <yuck>
