Subject: In search of door handle, found 75 Westy...
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

I went to Bearoff's junk yard (oh yeah, "Used Parts Yard") in Bridgeport, PA this morning in search of a door handle for my 83.5 Westy. Unfortunately the only Vanagon they had not crushed yet was an '85 that I had already taken the door handle off of a year ago. However, near the "recent arrivals" was a 75 automatic westy which appears to still have most of the parts still on it. This will not last long so if anyone is interested please get over to Bearoff's as soon as possible. If anyone is familiar with this junk yard, they used to be about 50% VW's years ago. Up until about a year ago they still had squarebacks, fastbacks, ghia's, bugs etc. rotting in the back but he's been cleaning the yard recently and crushing everything.

Soooo. If anyone has a door handle for me please let me know.

Bryan
