hold the boat! I live in the area you described in San Pedro.
Doesn't Gaffey and Western major streets sound familair? And the 110
(harbor freeway). I just wish I could have seen this bus. Why don't
you stop over for a spot of tea? Let me know if your interested.
Mind the sunset. Sunsets are the most dangerous in San Pedro because
of all the hills and streets facing west cars heading in that
direction up a hill many times get blinded from the sun and crash.
All of this + what is starting to look more like new york traffic and
many crazy drivers.
OH WAIT a second. Are you talking about that white Vanagon Westfalia
parked there marked for sale along with the other used cars and New
beetle????? And across the street from that is the Arco gas station
and across the street from that is Chevron. That bus is gorgeous. It
would be mine if I didn't have kids to send to college...

And I was in LA last week. Wow. Saw more in 3 days than over the
past year
in NM and OH. A beautiful white Westy automatic for sale in San Pedro
about
10 blocks south from where the 110 freeway ends. Go in the daytime.
Cheers.
