Thanks to all who offered advice about the weather. It was cold at night, and except for two days of rain, beautiful. This has got to be among the most beautiful places on earth. Our 85 Westy ran flawlessly for the thousand or so miles. The fridge made ice and ran perfectly. We slept 3 very comfortably the day before and the day after the trip. Okay, the real reason for the post. We have used an Outback Oven from Cascade Designs, I think, for years to backpack. This was the first time we used it in the Westy. It works really well. It simply sits on the stove top. So now we can have pizza, corn bread, brownies, etc. For those not familiar, this little beauty is available at backpacking shops, www.campmor.com and alot of other paces for about $50, and comes with a very nice cookbook. With an Outback Oven, can "road kill in a blanket" be far behind. Jonathan R. Cooper Brzytwa, Quick & McCrystal 900 Skylight Office Tower Cleveland, OH 44113 Cooper@BQMlaw.com
