Hi Mick,

Yea it's that PITA that wants you to fly him to the big island to fix your Vanagon A/C! Question: Why do all BMW owners in the snow belt have cats? So they can justify hauling 300 lbs. of kitty litter sacks in the trunk all winter! The BMW line(excluding the iX) is a winter traction disaster. The AST(All Season Traction) is a cover-up for a vehicle that is designed and balanced for 200+ K/M autobahn cruising with no regard for unplowed surface streets. The Germans strangely have no clue about making their cars winter-friendly!!!

Regards, John
