AC 50 amp fuse is in the driver side D pillar (the rear most pillar) under the plastic. In fact there are a few relays and 2 20 amp fuses which fuse motors to ground (according to the bentley) in there as well. I had the fan die when I picked up my van from the PO (it had worked on the test drive). Turned out one of the wires (single connector) had come off the back of the fuse box. Was a PITA to track down. I had dropped the whole AC tunnel tracing the circuit backwards (started on the wrong end I know)....
