The falling AC ducts was a fix for the center tunnel. I think someone tried to have the rear evaporator housing fixed under this recall and the dealer laughed at them. However, dealers vary so you might try to get it all fixed at once. Maybe they'll not realize the rear is cracked before they start playing with the ducts and think they broke the housing while disassembling the tunnel ;-)

Anyway, if you figure something out. I am in the same boat. I tried fixing the initial break by adding spacers until the sheet metal screws but it just caused the housing to crack a second time another 1/2" or so into the housing ;-)
