In my Porsche 944 Turbo experience, LA Porsche wrecking yards are more expensive than any other region except Texas. The famous Aase Brothers yard in Anaheim closed its doors and auctioned off all inventory about two weeks ago. I have purchased a staggering amount of stuff from Parts Heaven. Great inventory and service. Often price matched other suppliers. Always stood by the parts. Several times we exchanged parts to get the right component. After the first shipment, all exchanges were paid for by them. Bottom line: scrupulously honest and moderate pricing. If they have it and you buy it, you will get it. The best prices I always found at 20th Street Auto in Phoenix, AZ. (1-800-999-4911). I have also used Campbell Nelson (1-888-337-7757), good inventory and lower prices than Parts Heaven. I would advise going to Porschezone.com and follow the used parts links from there. Frank Grunthaner |
