Which is right?

ETKA says that the 'tie rod end' for our '86 Syncro Westfalia is 171 419
812

The Bus Depot says the 'tie rod end' for All Vanagons is 251 419 811
and that part 171 419 812 is for a rabbit 80-91

At the Bus Depot 171 419 812 are $14.95 and 251 419 811 are $24.95.
Are these really the same part? If not, which is right?
