I have no comment about this dispute with Bus Depot and their current
business practice. I have almost never ordered anything from them that they
had in stock, and this I knew full well shortly after the order. The actual
delivery was leisurely at best. (Note, this not a negative statement about
BD, it is directly a statement about the weird stuff I order.) However, I
have also recently procured parts from Go Westy and my local dealers, and
have had to refer to my notes when the material arrived. I had long since
forgotten the both the order and my purpose at the time.

I do have a comment about the documented use of the EKTA CD for business
transactions. It is abundantly clear that the primary copyright holder for
the EKTA CD either monitors this list, or has a mole who forwards information
regarding citations of the CD. I would subtly note that Ron, Ken and any of
the other list entrepreneurs would be very foolish to acknowledge the use of
an EKTA CD in the course of their business transactions without a fully paid
license. Should you have a copy I would suggest that this fact be treated
with discretion. Legal attack vermin abound. I am only counseling caution in
contrast to the blatant and aggressive statement of suggested or required
policy.

And now to relurk while studying my high resolution interactive microfiche
legitimately purchased from a profit-making dealer.
