Wading in too deep...?

Reality check here... Customers can be wrong. And there are times when the customer needs to be told they're wrong. Being in customer service myself, I'm not about to take a hit because the customer (a) didn't know what they were talking about; (b) ordered the wrong (fill in the blank)... (c) ripped my head off and s*it down my neck because or an error - your fault, my fault, nobody's fault. Give me the chance to make it right, but don't become abusive. You attract more bees with sugar than with salt.

It is my belief that Ron and his staff endeavour to fulfil ALL of orders they process daily, in a timely, accurate manner. Manure occurs - and we all produce manure. Pick up a shovel and deal with it. Or walk around it. Taking your business elsewhere is your option as a customer. But remember, manure happens there as well. And if you're going to become abusive, no one's gonna want to deal with you eventually.

As a side note, Ron, you need to know that your staff are not exempt from the responsibility of treating people with respect. Personally, I will not do business with BusDepot because of an incident that occurred this past March or April. When placing a small phone order, I was laughed at and told "yeah, right" when I stated my last name. Trivial? Yeah, probably. But the other place I called didn't laugh. And that's where my business goes.
