I used POR-15 in the summer of '99 on the gas fill-up tube collar which had become rusted. The prep was done as outlined in the POR-15 instructions. So far, it's held up perfectly...no rust. Unless you buy the POR-15 "thinner" be prepared to toss the brush after you're done. Nothing I've tried has been able to clean the brush, so use a cheap brush. I kept the remaining POR-15 in the refrigerator to prolong it's life. Although it has "skinned" over, it's still OK fourteen months later.
