Rawls - I've used it twice with mixed results - on some body/rust repair on our 85 Westy and, at the same time, on our rusted 88 Camry. Sanded both vehicles down to bare metal and used a hobby spray abrasive gun to even get out the remaining rust. Prepped as directed with the POR-15 metal ready and then used POR-15 silver. The POR-15 worked quite well in my small sprayer (Badger). Primed both and topcoated with the same brand paint.

The results - 18 months later the Westy appears rust free but the Camry is starting to rust through again. Can't figure out why - maybe the 'superior' German steel.

Good luck. I'd be interested in hearing reports from other POR-15 users on the list too.
