Hello,

My 1982 westy has always wanted to cruise at 70-80,  top speed around 85 at
sea level on level ground.

Accel has alway been best at the top end of the suggested RPMs for a
particular gear.  I have often wished the torque and HP were more in the
middle of the RPM range.
