REMINDER: TWO WEEKS AWAY! FIRST ANNUAL San Francisco Bay Area Van-a-goon Tailgate Party

SATURDAY OCT 21 11 AM to ??? On SF Bay/End of Powell Street EMERYVILLE, CA

Powell Street Exit off I-80 Just North of the East End of the Bay Bridge Head toward the bay--go to the end of Powell St-- Look for Vanagons at the bayside park--easy!

This park at end of Powell St has gorgeous views of the Bay & SF cityfront--picnic tables, restrooms, paved parking lots, & an old wood pier. If you've got a liscense, fishing is good off the pier. Unlike SF, Emeryville weather stands a good chance of being sunny & warm--but be prepared!--bring layers of clothing.

Bring lunch & beverages. Plan on sharing something with four other people. There's a Market & Deli right on Powell St.--on the way to the park--with beer & an excellent wine selection. Don't forget dessert--good cookies, etc.

It helps to know who might be planning to come-- so me & my crew of goons can rope off the parking! Ciao for now, Phaedra
