The vent bolts to the tranny case on the forward face of the housing that has the two ears on it... Should be slightly to the drivers side of that. Mine then ran along to the driver side fuel tank holder. I think it then got bundled in with the fuel pump wires possibly... Anyway, it runs into the engine compartment and pokes into the circular hole in the sheet metal that separates the fuel tank and engine compartment along the midline of the van (about halfway between driver and passenger sides).

There were two other tubes that went into this hole one of which is the vent from the clutch housing and I am not sure what the third one was... They happened to be black plastic in my case. I had thought that they were part of the wiring harness...
