Subject: Carat/Wolfsburg Alloy Wheel Studs and Nuts For Sale

I have just obtained a set of five used 14" Vanagon OE alloy wheels with an incomplete set of wheel nuts and studs. I managed to find some replacement (non OE) wheel nuts and now have some OE pieces for sale. They will make wonderful spare parts for those of you who already have these alloys.

All of these pieces are OE Vanagon alloy finish. They cost about $13 apiece (not per wheel, but each piece) from the dealer.

There are 5 bolts which will fit the front wheels for 2wd (non-Syncros). There are also 10 wheel nuts which will fit the rear wheels for 2wd and Syncros, and the front wheels also on the Syncros. 6 of these have the all-too-easy-to-lose end caps, while the other 4 have already lost their end caps. I also have a complete set of 20 hexagon shaped plastic caps which fit securely over either the bolts or nuts. The plastic is the same color as the alloy pieces. All alloy pieces are in fine condition. The end caps are shinny while the ends of the studs could use a bit of polish. The plastic caps are in good conditon, with no cracks or gouges.

The first $50 gets the entire set, including shipping. If bought from the dealer, my computations indicate the outrageous cost of (15 x $13 = $195) plus ? for the plastic caps.
