Check out the following attachments from my personal archives for various words of wisdom on this always timely topic.

There are various methods of doing this task, but this group of posts seems to me to be easy to perform, and much more understandable than the official Bentley procedure.

If anyone else wants to compile these (and other) coolant flush posts from the Archives, it would be a valuable addition to the FAQs on www.Vanagon.com

For those worried about gremlins inside attachments, I believe mine are clean, but can make no guarantees as I am not enough of a computer guru to do so.
