Shouldn't we do a deep introspection at ourselves before doing things that can badly affect someones life? Really look at ourself if it is not just anger, frustration or such other "caustic" feeling? My 2 cents? :))

I have to agree here. I am in retail, and it is very painful to hear unkind things said about our service, our store, our employees, etc. However, I would like to see the list used for more positive things and keep personal attacks off of it. Everyone has a bad day. Some people have a bad year. We have simply told customers that we think we have done what we can do and they will probably be better served elsewhere. We have been wrong and we have been right. Right and wrong is not the issue that affects people. It is the PERCEPTION of right and wrong that gets them/us going.

Support a business that makes you feel good. And from the business side, it seems you will never be able to do good enough. The last week's worth of posts would attest to that. As a business, realize it or go do something that doesn't involve directly taking other peoples money.
