The green injector has the same part number as the yellow. According the WorldPac the green is injector is the direct replacment for the yellow. I paid about $100 for it, installation took about 5 min, very simple.

I recently replaced a fuel injector on my 2.1l digifant motor. The original has a yellow plastic body, the replacement has a green plastic body. The archive mention this problem, but no answer was given as to the difference between the two, if any. The engine runs very well with the new injector. The original had a very small crack running from the valve hole out, the injector did not have a good spray pattern, cleaning had little result. Any info would be appreciated.
