I may have pulled the muffler and cat, though I don't remember doing so.

Good point about the third world mounts. My import FLAPS gave me two German and two Indian mounts at first. The Indian mounts were a good quarter inch shorter and had about two thirds the rubber of the German ones. With the different dimensions, I don't think you'd be able to intermingle them.
