I just got back from taking voltage readings from all over, and this is what I found. I had 12v at the battery, the ignition, the fuse block. I got 1.5 or less at the coil. After fiddling with the ground at the coil the voltage went up to 5v. Then what I did was to remove all wires except the one from the ignition. I achieved 11.5v to 12.0. I plugged the fuel pump wire on the voltage dropped to zero. I then crawled under the van had the ignition turned on the voltage would go to 10v then drop to zero. I suspect a bad fuel pump. what do you think?
