If you are talking about the power mirrors, carefully pry off the plastic
cap on the bottom. Look up inside and you will see a bunch of wires going up
through a nut with a notch on each side. You can tighten this nut with a
couple of screw drivers or if you have an old bicycle wrench, the flat thin
kind, you can grind or file down the shoulders, stick that up there and turn
it with a wrench or pliers. You have to keep re-positioning it due to the
wires.
