I put 2 of these up on ebay and sold both. I may have one or two more in inventory, and have ordered another batch from Germany. Since this book is still in print, I think it wouldn't be a good idea to scan and post the pages.

The books are available for sale on my website in both the Vanagon and EuroVan versions.
