That was one consideration, however the main reason was that my Westy was listing to port. I've had the H&R springs for 2 years and my experience is that the front springs have settled over the time that I have had them - so my van is rather low in the front. (I have a photo if anyone is interested)

My plan now is to replace the H&R springs with the ones that Mark Drillock and Steve Schwenk are in the process of having made for the 2WD crowd.

I do have to say that with the H&R springs you can take corners faster than people will think is sane in a Westy. However surprising BMW drivers can be amusing on a slow day.
