You need 2 additional rails, and an extension, plus 3 clamps.  The Trotter
only comes with a clamp for the 2nd. rail.  The first bike can just be
strapped to your rack, but I recommend you use a bike clamp to keep it from
moving around and possibly scratching your paint.
