I have the letter for that right here. It came out in February 1994 and covered "some 1990/91 model Volkswagen Vanagon and Syncro vehicles". It was Recall Campaign RV. They replaced all of the fuel injectors, the connecting fuel distribution rails, fuel lines, hoses and clamps. They also put another outer sleeve (grey plastic-like) over the fuel lines.
