Ken, Thanks, I am leaning towards just doing one head. Since it will be off the road for the winter there will be no hurry - assuming I can drive it another month. So far it really isn't using any coolant that is noticable. I will pull the head and see what needs to be done. I think the engine will go another couple of years. I haven't tested the compression yet, but the thing runs better than any other one I have driven and it gets 20+ mpg on the highway so I think compression isn't a problem. Hell, I needed to change the antifreeze anyway.....
