Frankly this isn't a particularly good deal. I have rebuilt ones, with lifetime warranty from the rebuilder, also basically end to end (including tierods but not ends), for $249.95 minus listmember discount (netting down to $238). This is hardly more than the dismantler's price on a used one, for a rebuilt one with a lifetime warranty. The core deposit is higher ($150), but you get it back anyway when you return your old rack.

If your tie rods are in good shape, you can actually get it for _less_ than the price of the used one. A rebuilt "short rack" is $189.95 with discount. Same rack but without the tie rods.
