You just open the door and place the headlight behind the drivers seat.
That is the safest location.

Other than that.  How the heck did someone end up asking us about a
headlight for a Neon?  Or maybe they were wanting to know how to install a
neon headlight?  That we could probably do.  Shape them like the bars in our
