Hi,

Luckily (as Bill Davidson advised), I didn't jump to conclusions.
The coolant leak on my '87 Diesel panel van turned out to be a hose end
disintegrating... Very hard to detect and if it wasn't for the leak getting
worse, I would have never found it.

Although most suggestions I recieved weren't anywhere near the real problem
(which is logical; none of the listees can actually look inside the thing
to form an opinion), it helps me to get an understanding of the engine,
which I desperately need as well.

Anyway, I'm happy again, so thanks.
