Actually...........I must comment on an obvious error. Item 5 below should read 75 mph. Everyone knows that 80 mph will caus e the said headlight to shatter pn impact.........

Simple,

1, hold headlight in hand at the height that it's going to go into the car.

2, have buddy get behind wheel and drive car to 60mph

3, have buddy aim for headlight you're holding

6, place head lamp in car during resulting collision
