Ummm.... they don't like larger wheels??? That's a funny statement. When I bought my Syncro there was 225/50VR16s installed on there. Some MEGA expensive racing tires were on it. The overall diameter of these tires were no more than the 195/75R14s that were supposed to be on there. I now have 225/60HR16s on there with a diameter of about 26.6"

Does my Synco like these larger tires? I think so! At least I like them. Bit slower off the mark and a little harder to stop it.

The big problem that you are looking at is finding a 15 or 16" wheel with the correct offset. I am getting some 15s in with an offset of 37mm which is 2mm more than the factory 16" (35mm) and they are 6" wide - should fit like a glove!
